Silverland Homes Realty & Development Corporation

Silverland Homes Realty & Development Corporation is a wholly owned family corporation established on July 9, 2013, by Engineer Errol Velasco (EIV, Licensed Civil Engineer) and Mrs. Marietta Velasco (MAV, Certified Public Accountant) with their children Engineer Earl John Velasco, Engineer Earl Nicolai Velasco (both Licensed Civil Engineer), Lorre Mae and Michelle Velasco. The incorporators discovered that a real estate business can be successful for generations not only through profit-generating endeavors but also through tradition in this industry as they grew out of the following businesses and ventured from small to bigger real estate projects in Regions II and III:

• A. EIV Development & Engineering Services – 1986, is a Proprietorship with EIV as the Manager. It offered a complete line of technical services in surveying, house planning, credit facility, and financing.
• B. Silverstone Realty (SR) – This proprietorship was born in Limay, Bataan in 1999 with MAV as the Manager. It serves as the marketing arm of all developed and existing subdivisions of the company in Bataan.
• C. Silverstone Realty and Development Corporation (SRDC) – born on December 3, 2003. The company developed and managed the following projects/subdivisions in Region II and III areas: ​​
• D. Silverland Homes Realty and Dev’t. Corp. (SHRDC)- For over ten (10) years in the real estate industry, subdivisions being developed by SRDC were named Silverland Homes. Consequently, the word Silverland Homes became prevalently recognized. For purposes of name recall, SHRDC was established on July 17, 2013, to which all new projects will be undertaken.
