Buying a home is every Filipino's dream, yet accomplishing it takes equal amounts of labor. This is an excellent reason why you should be aware of your commitments and know the steps involved in purchasing a house and lot. The ultimate goal is to safeguard your ownership while also protecting the property. Here are important steps a buyer should know about owning his/her dream home in Bataan:
1. SCHEDULE TRIPPING
We offer property preview/viewing to all our projects here in Bataan. We can also schedule zoom meeting appointment for project presentation or virtual presentations. For OFWs, you may request for your family here to have the property preview on your behalf. 2. RESERVATION
The next step after finding a good unit within the available inventory is placing a reservation. Please bring your valid ID and TIN number for unit reservation. Cash, credit card and cheque payments are accepted in the sales office. 3. SUBMIT REQUIREMENTS
Personal and Documentary Requirements need to be submitted within 60 days from the date of reservation. A checklist of requirements can be downloaded here. Bank financing is developer-assisted so client just needs to comply with requirements to process the bank loan. 4. PAY MONTHLY DOWNPAYMENT
Payment of downpayment is thru post-dated checks (PDC) issued to the developer. Submission of post-dated checks is also a major requirement for both Bank & In-house financing. 5. UNIT INSPECTION & MOVE-IN
After downpayment, wait for the house construction to finish and for housing loan application to be approved (if bank financing) before we can schedule a unit inspection. After inspection, if no repair is indicated, you may now accept and move-in to your unit. |
